should be paid on half the total salary drawn including that for acting appointments, only on half the salary of the substantive post.
Oye
I have ruled that in
cases where the substantive
holder of the appointment is on leave and drawing half pay at the increased rate, the compensation should be drawn on the half salary of the substantive post.
